You're not alone.

It's crazy how in life you can feel so alone while surrounded by those you know love you and want to help you. Sometimes you don't realize you're feeling alone, you just know something is off. You ask yourself, "Why do I feel alone earn I know I have friends and family who love me so much?"

Recently, I've felt that sorrow. I've felt that even though I'm surrounded by those who love me, I still feel all alone.

Tonight I started my nightly prayers off silently and the minute I uttered a spoken word I could see.

I could see my Savior in the prisons, shirtless, bloody, beaten, bruised, broken and still bearing it all for me.

Alone.

My Savior, Jesus Christ, was being whipped, made fun of, spit on, kicked... All by Himself, all alone.

It was then I realized that my Lord and Redeemer was there for me, He is there with me because He was once left all alone. He was once left all alone to bear my burdens, your burdens, and every single person that lives, lived and will live's burdens. The Savior knows what it's like to be left alone, to be beaten, to be kicked to the curb and He loves us too much to make us do it on our own. We just have to remember which way we face and face the Lord and He'll be there and we won't be alone.

Our Savior weeps when we weep. He rejoices when we rejoice. He loves us and will always be there. This is one of my favorite pictures because it shows His love and He tenderness for us. Let Him be there for you, choose to find help, choose to walk with Christ.
